When will my order ship?
We ship orders the next business day, Monday through Friday, except Holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Be quick to cancel your order — To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible there is only a short time period after an order is placed to attempt a cancellation.Please email us (email@example.com) and if your order hasn’t been processed we will cancel it.
If we are unable to cancel your order, once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer gift FREE wrapping for all orders.
This includes a personalized note from you to your gift recipient, paper gift wrap and ribbon.
How do I add gift wrap to my order?
During checkout, select "Add Gift Wrap and a Gift Message".
Type a personalized note for the gift.
What is the return policy?
Items purchased on sale are non-refundable
We gladly accept returns for unused products in their original package. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you are entitled to a replacement.
Returns or exchange must be made within 30 days of shipping.
We will refund shipping charges on defective items only.
